Tour Lakeside at Bartley Cavanaugh between July 15 – Sept 15, 2025 (or attend our Aug 27 Grand Opening) and you’ll be automatically entered to win a $1 venue rental for any date through Dec 31, 2026. Book early? If you sign your contract and pay the deposit before the winner is announced on Sept 22, 2025, we’ll apply the full rental credit to your event!

All standard taxes, fees, and in-house food & beverage minimums apply. Contract and deposit must be completed by Sept 30, 2025 to secure the prize.

Our wedding ceremony was held in the gazebo at Bartley Cavanaugh. The lake provided a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony, while the gazebo shaded our guests and kept them comfortable. We had a beautiful wedding here. Clubhouse has large porch for receptions room for about a dozen large round tables (over 100 people). Dinner was definitely great! The staff were friendly and provides the best service. We truly had the best wedding!
